I have the worst time grilling hamburgers. One outing, all will be well. The next outing, I'm in danger of losing my eyebrows and all the skin on my hand. There's no rhyme or reason to it. I swear, I do everything the same.

I reserve the right to blame dr_funbags. She mentioned earlier this week that I was channeling her cooking skills and I think she might have jinxed me.
