Cat burglar?

Pete made an escape last night. From the upstairs window.
Her escapade was not known until about 2:30 this morning when she attempted to re-enter the house and found out the window had been closed.
She scared the shit out of Carrie, who in turn ended up waking up the whole household because she couldn't get Pete to come in.
By the time I got upstairs, Pete was in, totally soaked, and running like she knew she was in trouble. And had I been more awake, she would have been.
I dried her off and stumbled back to bed.
They say that petting cats lowers your blood pressure. It has to. Everything else they do raises it.

Ugh. Mine has been a holy terror the past few days for no other apparent reasons than wanting attention and cuddles. Like jumping on my head again, at 3:30am when I was sound asleep ... just to lick my face and try and chew on my hair.
