Dad came home from work today and informed me that we will be having a house guest for the weekend.

We will be keeping the Chief of Police's dog for the next couple days while they're out of town. We'll also be attempting to break the mutt's bad habit of chewing on things it's not suppose to.

The cats have yet to be informed. They will be most displeased.

I have a feeling that Whatcha Doin' C'mere will go into hiding and Pete will make the dog's nose bleed at least once. She's a fightin' little thing.

The possibilities for entertainment are astronomical.

Mummy also called me today. She asked me to take Hammie to see The Incredibles next week. She also informed me that my sister's car is broken and when they went to pick her up from work yesterday, Hammie asked her mom if she wanted her to make hot dogs.

Apparently, hot dogs fix everything.

Speaking of cute kids, my friend Haley (Walker's mom) is once again expecting. I'm hoping for a girl. Try to even things out. Right now it's four to two.

I should really secure my room and get some writing done before the dog shows up.
