With my spear and magic helmet!
Sep. 23rd, 2004 09:56 amMummy sent me an email today saying she'd read an article in the paper this morning about a guy who was adventure racing and got killed going down a mountain in Washington when a 300 lb. boulder came loose and hit him on the head. The article also pointed out that the man was not wearing a helmet.
To which Mummy says: Do you think if he had been wearing a helmet there might have been a quote from the man saying "I may be only 2 feet tall now but I would like to thank the helmet company for saving my life."
Apparently, the guy that wrote this article believes that they're making magic boulder repelling helmets now and this guy should have had one on.
Ya know, there are days when seeing the work of college edjucated people makes me not want to go to school any more.
