Dad bought a DVD player for the living room, so we've been watching DVDs all day. Made him watch FOTR. Of course he fell asleep during it, but at least he was awake long enough to make a couple of rather amusing comments.

During the movie, I attempted to comb fleas off of Pete. She was good until I turned her over to get her belly. Yeah. Did not go over well with her. She spazzed and fought, so now I'm covered in scratches as well as two puncture wounds on my neck. It looks like I was attacked by a vampire in desperate need of a manicure.

So Pete is now on my shit list and she's no longer cute. Until the next cute thing she does or she apologizes for her naughty behavior. Whichever comes first.
