I'm fairly sure I'm on my own for this...
May. 27th, 2004 01:48 pmDoes anyone else have dreams about Robert E. Lee coming to your grandma's house with a black wife? Yeah, I kinda figured it was just me.
And, to further display my inherent dorkitude...
I see pictures of Dominic Monaghan wearing a shirt that says "FBI" and my first thought was "Full Blooded Italians" and I suddenly became confused as to why he would like them. But, then it dawned on me that most people think those initials stand for something else and I quietly moved along.
Going to see Shrek 2 with Hammie in a bit. This should be an adventure of serious proportions. This is the first movie she's seen in a movie theater. And, she's not know for being exactly quiet and still either. Should be great fun for me because at least I have a sense of humor about such things. Besides, I've got some experience with taking young kids to movies. I took Lauren and Zach to see Power Rangers: The Movie when they were three and five, respectively. That wasn't too bad. If I can handle the two of them, I can surely handle one Hammie.
*thinks*
I'll bring duct tape along just in case.
Actually, what I think is going to be the best part of the day is taking Hammie with me to shop for bras before the movie. I've got this feeling she's going to be very helpful when it comes to picking one out. Heh.
Now, I've got to take the cat for a walk since I was an awful cat-mommy yesterday and didn't take Pete outside.
Good thing about Pete...she's not bright enough to stay mad at me for long.

I'm so jealous that you're seeing Shrek 2.
