Happy...um...Rabbit!

Apparently, there is an unwritten rule I was not aware of that states when eating cake, it's best to sit on Aunt Kiki's lap while she's holding your napping sister and eat the cake with your hands, therefore getting it all over Aunt Kiki.

Hammie playing in the backyard.

Hammie laying in the grass with Pete.

Hobbit sitting on my lap and so tired she can hardly keep her eyes open. She's a sleep-fighter, she is.
I went to bed about four and got up a few hours later to call Mummy and see what was up. She said Mimzie was bringing the girls down.
She got here about 11:30. We ate chili and played outside. I got Teaghan to go to sleep while Hammie played with Ditty and Dad and we watched the Cubs whip the Braves and Chelsea go to a scoreless draw (stupid fucking Chelsea).
After the games were over, Mimzie packed up the kids and left. About ten minutes after she leaves, the phone rings. I figured it was my mom. Nope. It was my cousin Kasey who I haven't heard from in a few years. She and her parents were at my grandma's in Decatur and wanted to see the babies. I told them they were in Bloomington, so Kasey said they'd drive up there. So I ended up changing clothes (they were covered in chili and chocolate and cake) and heading up there to see them.
Nice visit, though I spent most of it preoccupied with Hammie who was showing me her new bike she got from the Easter Bunny (when she saw it and Mummy confirmed it was indeed hers, she said, "Thanks, rabbit!"). Uncle Robbie invited my sister and I to come down to see them, of course (they live in Tennessee), which I'd like to do this summer should I ever get the cash. Robbie offered to pay my gas money one way, which was nice. Though I doubt he's got the money to be doing that.
Now, I'm home and dragging ass and pondering the idea of ripping up my stomach even further with some burritos.
I haven't had a good case of heartburn since I got drunk on bloody marys and beer at grandma's house a couple years ago. I'm about due.
