What's wrong with taking the backstreets?
Mar. 7th, 2004 03:05 amMade four new icons. The ones at the bottom. Also changed my default for St. Patrick's Day. Love that holiday. You get to drink and molest people for not wearing the proper color. What could be better? I mean besides half off margaritas during Cinco De Mayo.
So I did absolutely nothing today. Lounged around and watched the tv. Love the digital cable. Ended up watching Buddy twice. Just for the chimps and Alan Cumming of course. Kept switching back and forth between House on Haunted Hill and Ghost Ship. Then flipped between Deep Blue Sea and The Abominable Dr. Phibes. Dad says I can't watch the latter anymore while he's sleeping. Evidently it gives him odd dreams.
Then I watched Eddie Izzard's Dress to Kill. My laws do I heart that man.
See, today was nothing but an exercise in couch potato behavior.
However, I did make stuffed french toast and that made up for it I think.
I also tried these fancy hot dogs Dad got from Omaha Steaks as part of a package deal. Yeah. A hot dog is still a hot dog, whether it costs 10 bucks or 50 cents. I was strongly considering throwing up after I tried to eat one. Just...no.
I had to make brownies to get the taste out of my mouth. Sure, it was like 11:30 at night. But, it's not exactly uncommon for someone to make pancakes at 2 am in this house.
Impressive how I can make a long ass post out of practically nothing, innit?
