Priorities, Scooter. Send one of your people out for a dictionary, have them look it up and draw you a picture. Because the popups and giant letters don't seem to be helping you get the concept.
Marriage laws have always been decided by the STATES. That's why you can be 16 some places and have to be 18 in others. That's why in some states you can marry your second cousins and some states you can't. The STATE governments decide that. Not the FEDERAL government. You're not all powerful dictator yet, Skippy.
But, in case the previous paragraph is too confusing, I'll simplify.
Same-sex marriages are not your concern. Go back to playing hide-n-seek with Osama.
