Fast food?
Mar. 12th, 2009 11:27 pmCarrie "cooking" consists of her either calling for delivery or going out to pick up something.
Quick and easy, right?
What house do you think we live in?
It goes the same way every time. It is decided that Carrie is cooking. Carrie asks what we want. Most of the time the unanimous answer is "I don't care".
Thus begins a twenty minute slide from trying to figure out what we want to eat to testing the tensil strength of Carrie's psych meds. The last five minutes sound like a Abbot and Costello routine, only with more swearing, ultimatiums, and threats. By the time it's finally decided what we're having for dinner, we've all earned the meal.
I would tell Carrie to make dinner like I do ("I'm making this for dinner. If you don't like it, then feel free to find something else or starve."), but it's free entertainment.
I don't want to discourage that.
