I think I know what's going on. Maybe.

Carrie and I were discussing the show last week and Carrie said that it felt like she was missing a season. I thought they rushed the Cabal thing, but it wasn't too bad.
Until tonight. I feel like they skipped seven seasons. I don't even know. This show is just evolving much too fast. They need to slow down or they're going to start losing people. I'll be honest. It feels like we don't have enough background knowledge (about the Cabal and the Sanctuary network, etc.) to understand the full gravity of anything. The Sanctuary network is also a big political push-pull what? That impression was never given before. It's left field and beyond.
It also doesn't help that I probably missed some serious explanation in this episode because Dad had to pick that moment to come into my room and bitch about work.
So basically this whole thing was a ruse to protect abnormal called Big Bertha and fish out a leak and The Big Guy isn't really dead. Oooookay.
The ending with Big Guy and Henry made the episode, though.
Okay, okay. You've sold me for another week, Sanctuary.
In other news, Carrie's babysitting for Walker and Emma tonight. I stopped by to drop off dinner for Carrie. At one point during my visit, Emma started rolling across the floor on her side and Walker followed, pushing her with his head before declaring that he was dung beetle.
He's my new favorite.
