My car isn't feeling so hot either

Carrie wanted to go to Bloomington today. On her way out of town, she happened to stop at an intersection across from my dad, who made faces at her.
Carrie turned left and Dad noticed that when she accelerated, something was leaking BIG TIME under my car.
Dad came home and asked me if Carrie had her cell. I said yes and he told me to call her. I'm like, "What did Carrie do now?" Dad told me that something was leaking under my car and whether it was oil, gas, or radiator fluid, she wasn't going to make it out of town.
So I call Carrie and tell her she has to come home, the car is leaking something fierce. Carrie eventually gets turned around the right way and comes home. Dad went out, accused Carrie of breaking the car (to which Carrie told him she couldn't break it because she doesn't know how it works), and Carrie came in the house.
Carrie then begins to sing the virtues of assigning different people seperate ring tones because if Pink hadn't started singing "So What?" she wouldn't have answered the phone because she was driving. But because she knew it was me, she answered the phone.
Then she marveled on how fast the human brain can work because she managed three different thoughts in the space between me saying "You need to come back home" and "The car is leaking something fierce".
Those thoughts were, in order-
-My Papa died.
-Her Grandma died.
-I was vomiting blood and needed to be rushed to the hospital.
She was relieved that it was just the car leaking until she realized THE CAR WAS LEAKING and that caused her some concern.
Dad dicked with it for awhile and then left, saying he'd talk to Digger about it.
When Dad came home from work, he told me that Digger thinks it should be an easy and relatively cheap. So we'll be taking my car out either tomorrow or Monday for a repair job.
Carrie claims it was divine intervention. If she and Dad hadn't stopped at the same intersection at the same time, my car would be a very large paperweight right now.
She's got a point.
