Other people might be more alarmed to wake up with blood on their pillow.

Woke up this morning with a bloody nose. I'm pretty sure I didn't hit myself in my sleep. I think it's from the cold snap drying things out.

However, I do have a mark on my chest and a bruise on my wrist that I can't account for. I'm pretty sure I got the mark on my chest when I was awake, though. I don't remember waking up with it, anyway.

I guess if I start spitting up pea soup and my head starts spinning, we'll know I've gone beyond active sleeper.
