Mimzie's spending the night at our house tonight. Haley worked her like a dog (setting up for the reunion), she partied hard (drinking the night before and the night of the reunion), and there's no sleeping in at Haley's house. She's over Haley at the moment.
So, Mimzie came over this afternoon and we ate homemade chili and Irish nachos and watched the Bears game with Dad and Kenny. Carrie drifted in and out. She's not a big fan of football or spicy food fan.
It's been good having her around today. My day didn't start off so hot. The power cord to my laptop is dying (I thought it was dead, but it got better) and it'll cost 70 bucks I don't have to replace it. I had to step away before I pitched out the window.
Mimzie arrived at just the right time. I've been laughing and giggling since she got here. I needed the distraction. And the laughing.
She's trying to rope me into going on her visiting rounds tomorrow. We'll see.
My ribs might be too sore from laughing today.
