I'm not a full-blooded geek
Jun. 8th, 2008 10:58 pmThanks to the lovely
one_more_cherry, I am on my way to building another webpage. My coding skills are limited, but Missy pointed me to a program that might be able to help me out.
I've spent the better part of an hour trying to relearn the codes I used to know. My ability to forget html is only surpassed by my inability to grasp the concept of harmonic functions, despite understanding everything that came before and after them in pre-calc class.
I used to do this a lot. I had my own archive, simple though it was, and I did it all by hand. I had help from a different program when I did the Mid-State Pro website, but I still hand coded most of it.
That was only a few year ago.
I can't remember shit.
Some of it's coming back to me; some of it is gone forever, I think. Not that I knew a whole lot to begin with.
This is going to be one of those projects that will be accomplished with a lot of cursing, nicotine, caffeine, and threats.
I look forward to this.
