Pretty fancy for this class of people
Dad is in charge of dinner on the weekends. Life's too short for me to cook for these people more than four nights a week.
So tonight Dad grilled some pork loin and made cheesy potatoes (Carrie's favorite). Then he went and got fancy.
He grilled romaine (totally botched the spelling on that) halves and dressed them with a balsamic vinegar and bacon dressing. It was pretty good for his first attempt at it. Needs a little bit of tweaking.
But, really, he's upping the stakes here. I'm going to have to learn some fancy pants maneuvers to keep up.
Plain ol' taco mac just ain't gonna cut it anymore.
