How delightfully random!
My sister called me today. Just to chit chat and catch up, I guess. There didn't seem to be an actual point to the conversation aside from "hey, what's up...how's so and so?"
Mimzie's doing well in Texas. The move has been a good one for her. I think she's finally starting to learn from her mistakes and realize the value of getting her shit together and keeping it together.
She's supposed to be coming home end of August/beginning of September for her ten year high school reunion and the family reunion. A sisters' night out has already been declared. At some point while Mimzie is home, the two of us along with our old time sister-friends Andi and Haley and our newly acquired sister-friend Carrie will all be going out (not to a bar though...we get in fights at bars).
I'm going to start training my stomach muscles and conditioning my ribs for that night. The lulz will be epic.
I'll make sure Carrie has her camera. Heh.
