I kinda had a feeling Shannon would be going this week. I know she was getting better, but when she had her meltdown last week, I knew she was a goner. That was just embarrassing. I liked her. I rooted for her up until that point. But when she started blubbering, I was done.

Cristian going one with a ruptured tendon is hardcore. Ya know, I didn't like him at first. And really am not impressed with a lot of his dancing (except the pasa doble...he owned that), but I like him as a person now. Good on him.

Carrie said that if she was his wife, she'd make him quit and get the surgery now instead of waiting. I said that if I was his wife I'd tell him to go for it, but if I heard him bitch once about his arm hurting, I'd take a hacksaw to it. If you wanna be a man, groovy, but don't whine like one.

And, dood, I totally rocked out to Def Leppard. I feel no shame in that. They are of the awesome.


Yeah, that was pretty much the highlight of my day. The rest of it I spent in my head trying to work out Deadhouse. There's a story in those false starts somewhere and if I roll it around in my head enough, I'll find it.
